John has over 25 years’ experience in the telecommunication sector, serving in numerous sales and executive leadership roles. Previously, with Spirent Communications, John was responsible for leading the sales organization and services for the Americas region as well as strategic global sales programs and initiatives. John has a well-established reputation as a B2B technology leader in growing revenue for software, hardware, and services across diverse Fortune 500 firms, network equipment manufacturers, financial firms, government agencies, and enterprises. Throughout this career, John has been instrumental in establishing innovative go-to-market strategies in Test & Measurement that have enabled component and telecommunications equipment manufacturers to develop and bring new products to market and global operators to plan, build, assure, and monetize their networks.

Tash is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of accomplished record for delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within highly competitive wireless test & measurement equipment markets. Tash has held various sales and marketing executive positions in Asia, Europe, and North America, and has global insight and extensive experience in the wireless test and measurement market. Tash was part of the exploring growth in the Spirent’s wireless test and measurement market during the 2000s. He was also the co-founder of HAE Innovations, a startup focused on IoT market. In his most recent role at octoScope prior to the acquisition by Spirent Communications, Tash was responsible for global sales and business development into the Wi-Fi and 5G markets.

Ash with over 20 years of experience in Telecommunication industry has held multiple positions within engineering, marketing, and sales gaining extensive experience in all phases go-to-market for new products and solutions. In his more recent roles at InfoVista and Spirent, he was responsible for leading direct sales and channel development into NEM, Chipset, OEM, enterprise, operators, and federal government sectors for the US, Canada and LATAM regions. His broad experience across engineering, product marketing, support, and sales provides him a unique understanding of the telecom market and is well respected by industry leaders. He has also led global efforts in the chipset/handset eco-system with close coordination with key operators across the world. Ash holds a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management.
